McBride Properties, LLC will do an inspection of the home after it is vacated. The accounting of your deposit and any unused funds will be returned within 30 days following termination of occupancy.

Please take care of the following:

• Contact utility companies
• Pay all outstanding utility bills
• Cancel newspaper delivery
• Provide forwarding address to post office
• Provide forwarding address to McBride Properties, LLC
• Return house and mail keys to McBride Properties, LLC
• Leave garage door openers on kitchen counter
• Clean up yard as per landscaping agreement

The tenant pays a move-out fee. McBride Properties, LLC will use the move-out fee to pay for the following work to be done:

• Professional cleaning of carpets
• Cleaning all vinyl, tile or wood floors
• Washing interior/exterior of cabinets and cupboards
• Washing all light fixtures
• Dusting blinds/cleaning window sills and windows
• Washing walls
• Wiping out oven, washing or replacing range drip pans and cleaning under stove top

The following items may be either cleaned by the tenant or the funds to hire a cleaner will be deducted from the security deposit:

• Clean the refrigerator and freezer, removing and cleaning under all drawers
• Wash kitchen counters
• Disinfect toilets
• Scrub bathtub and shower
• Wash bathroom countertops and mirror
• Manage self-cleaning oven
