• move-out fee used for expenses considered normal wear and tear upon move-out such as cleaning house and carpet, etc.
• security deposit secures the terms of the rental agreement and is refundable if there is no damage or unpaid balance
• last month's rent is not paid in advance
• City of Canby sewer charges are included in rent for Canby rentals
• Tenants pay all utilities
